If a client requests cancellation before service activation and no resources have been allocated or third-party costs incurred, Bluetik Digital may approve the cancellation. Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges, if any.

3.2 After Service Activation

Once a service has been activated, configured, or provisioned, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled, and fees paid for such activation are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Ongoing Services

For recurring or subscription-based services, the client must submit a written cancellation request at least 30 days before the next billing cycle, unless a different notice period is specified in the applicable quotation or agreement.

  • Services delayed due to the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or content.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Performance marketing and digital advertising involve variable outcomes. While Bluetik Digital strives to optimize campaign performance, specific numbers of leads, conversions, sales, or return on investment (ROI) cannot be guaranteed.

Advertising budgets already spent on third-party platforms are non-refundable.

Payments made for custom development are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled by the client after development has started:

  • Failed deliveries caused by external factors do not automatically qualify for refunds unless specifically covered under the applicable service terms.

  4. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.

10. Suspension Due to Non-Payment

Bluetik Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date.
